Logins to the shop

The shop logins should be restricted to a few employees per company (marketing, sales, purchase alt admin.persons) with budget control.
If you want to order from the shop you need a personal login. Request one from eija.lindberg@nolato.com or michela.nalin@nolato.com.

How to pay for your orders

Stocked items = Internal invoice, monthly

Your login is connected to your cost centre and every time you shop from our stocked products the cost will be registered and internally invoiced to you monthly by our account department in Torekov. An administration cost of 75 SEK will added on each order you place. This fee cover the costs for stock keeping, order handling, packaging, creation of transport documents etc. You will not see this charge on your order confirmation, but it will be added to your invoice. Your order will be sent from our supplier in Sweden 1-2 days after your order. 

Products on demand = Invoiced directly

Branded clothes and bags are products produced on demand. An invoice including freight cost will be sent to you directly from the supplier. Your order will be sent from our supplier in Sweden 1-2 weeks after your order. 

Deliveries

All the products will be delivered directly from the giveaway supplier to your office. You will be able to check your delivery information and get information about the freight cost before you confirm the order. All stocked items can be delivered immediately. You see the stock quantity on each product page.

Products on demand will be send from our supplier in Sweden 1-2 weeks after your order. Stocked items will be sent from our supplier in Sweden 1-2 days after your order. The exact time of delivery to your office is determined by which country your order is going to.
